By accessing or using StoreMyCar.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

StoreMyCar.com is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects vehicle owners ("Guests") with property owners ("Hosts") who have available storage space. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties but do not own or operate any storage facilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Host Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate descriptions of your storage space
  • Maintain the space in a safe and clean condition
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Comply with local zoning and rental regulations
  • Report any damage or issues promptly

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Use the storage space only for the agreed purpose
  • Follow the host's access instructions and rules
  • Report any issues with the space promptly
  • Remove your vehicle by the booking end date

6. Fees and Payments

Guests pay the listed price plus a 12% service fee. Hosts receive their listed price minus a 10% platform commission. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to the listing's cancellation policy.

7. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation terms depend on the listing's policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) as displayed at the time of booking. Early cancellation may result in partial or no refund depending on the policy.

8. Insurance

Optional insurance is available through third-party providers at the time of booking. StoreMyCar.com is not an insurance provider and makes no guarantees about coverage. Review plan details carefully before purchasing.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between Host and Guest, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If resolution is not possible, either party may open a dispute through the Platform. StoreMyCar.com may mediate but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

StoreMyCar.com is a marketplace platform and is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or property. We are not responsible for the actions of Hosts or Guests. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated negative reviews. Users may delete their account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
