Prices vary by location, space type, and features. Outdoor driveway spots can start as low as $3/day, while indoor garages with security features typically range from $8–25/day. Weekly and monthly rates are often available at a discount.

StoreMyCar offers optional insurance plans that you can add during the booking process. Coverage varies by plan and vehicle type. Your personal auto insurance may also apply during storage — check with your provider.

Sign up for a free account, set your role to host in your profile, and create a listing. Add photos of your space, set your pricing, and specify what vehicle types you can accommodate. It takes about 5 minutes. You keep 88% of every booking.

Yes. Each listing has a cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict) set by the host. Flexible listings allow free cancellation before check-in. You can cancel from your bookings page, and any applicable refund will be processed automatically.

StoreMyCar offers garages, driveways, carports, parking lots, underground parking, and warehouses. Spaces can be indoor, covered, or outdoor. You can filter by space type when searching.

Every listing has a "Message Host" button. You can ask questions about the space, vehicle access, security features, or anything else before committing. All messaging happens through the StoreMyCar platform.

Absolutely. Many hosts specialize in long-term storage for seasonal vehicles, classic cars, or vehicles stored during travel or deployment. Weekly and monthly rates offer significant discounts over daily pricing. You can also extend your booking at any time.

StoreMyCar accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. All payments go through the platform — you never pay the host directly. Hosts receive their payouts after guest check-in.

After your booking is confirmed, the host provides access instructions. On your check-in date, drop off your vehicle and mark yourself checked in through the app. When you’re ready to pick up, coordinate with your host and check out through the platform.
